Endogenous incubation is a project-based incubation mechanism set up for employees within the company, encouraging them to rely on internal resources and platforms for application innovation.

Intrapreneurship Mechanism

The innovation incubation is organised, operated, and profited according to a project-based approach.

Innovation Incubation Mechanism

As a strategic partner and "the WeLane Company" of "the WAIoS" in the EdTech sector, We Study In has implemented the incubation concept and mechanism as one of the cores of its business model in the organisation structuring, management and operation, product development and other aspects of the company.

 

We Study In has offered its partners a comprehensive and efficient application innovation incubation system, which integrates a series of products, applications and tools; and it can effectively help partners to develop new applications for end-users, or to upgrade and iterate on applications.


We Study In has offered its internal staff a set of operation manuals and rules for innovation incubation using a project-based approach. This mechanism can actively encourage employees to initiate new products innovation projects based on user needs, or upgrade and iterative products based on new changes of user needs; and then help employees to set up project teams, allocate appropriate resources for them, and assist them throughout the process of completing the products innovation or products upgrade projects, as well as the eventual realisation of project benefits.

Intrapreneurship Mechanism

We Study In applies a typical product development model in the ecosystem approach, with a product matrix consisting of platform-based products developed by We Study In and clusters of applications from partners. This product development and aggregation model is determined by the two cores of We Study In's business model (Partners as a Service and WSI Incubation).


WSI Incubation is a system to help We Study In's partners and internal staff incubate products innovations and start-ups based on an integration of mechanisms, products and applications.


In addition to setting up an endogenous (application) innovation incubation model for employees, We Study In also opens an endogenous entrepreneurial incubation platform to qualified employees. The incubation platform can help internal employees realize the following functions: assign corresponding resources to employees, help employees set up entrepreneurial platforms, form teams, assist in product development, and provide market expansion and financing supporting services.
